ORDERS AND PAYMENT

1. PROVIDE YOUR OWN FABRIC 

  • Fabric should be supplied within two weeks of confirming the order
  • Delays in receiving the fabric could attract additional charges
  • We reserve the right to reject a fabric if it is not upholstery grade or suitable for the product selected
  • To avoid fabric being rejected, please send us a swatch for approval first
  • Fabric consumption for patterned fabric will need to be recalculated if pattern match is required

2. COLOURS 

  • Colours and hues displayed on the website will vary depending on the settings of your monitor and your screen resolution.
  • Please allow for slight variations in the colour, touch and feel.

3. HANDMADE 

  • A majority of our products are hand finished. Colour, shades and texture may vary from one manufacturing batch to another. This is more apparent if orders are placed at different times.
  • Fabric consumption has +/- 3% allowance due to wastage.
  • All sizes & its variants of products mentioned on our website are accurate. But +/- 1 or 2 inches variance on sizes stated.
  • Leather is a natural material with unique characteristics such as shade variation, random scars and blemishes.
  • We reserve the right to make any changes to the Product specifications (external and/or internal) and any other changes where necessary.
  • Product specifications will vary from range to range as reflected in the design and price, however, all our Products are manufactured to the same high quality standards
  • Hardware used will be as per locally available

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

  • Cancellation, returns or refunds are not possible once an order has been placed

TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES WITHIN INDIA 

  • Product prices mentioned at checkout are inclusive of taxes and duties unless otherwise specified
  • For international orders, duties and taxes may be applicable as per international norms
